Biography The UK Doorz Home The UK Doorz are a Manchester based tribute to Jim Morrison and the boys. Formed back in 1997 out of the ashes of a covers band, they have been gigging regularly ever since. After several personnel changes the current line-up of Jimbo (vocals), Chini (keys), Phil (guitar/ vocals), Wayne (drums) and Chris (bass) have been together 3 years. This highly rated 5-piece have played extensively all over the UK at venues such as The Limelight (Crewe), The Robin2 (Wolverhampton), Fibbers (York) and The Springhead (Hull). The UK Doorz perform all the classics including Light My Fire, Break On Through, People Are Strange, Riders On The Storm, Roadhouse Blues, as well as a wide range of other material. You'd be hard fetched to find a more dynamic, authentic and passionate tribute to the Doors anywhere!
